Rhema : Leadership II (People Skills)
April 21 - 24, 7:30 pm - 10:30 pm 2022
People are the core and the target of the gospel and as such, we need to learn the skills needed to connect with people and also to work together with others to advance the Kingdom.
Course Description:
This course is designed to make students aware of the importance of developing people skills and to teach them various Biblical principles related to the art of working well with other people. An intensive look is taken at the qualities and attitudes necessary to become a “people person.” Special consideration is given to understanding and communicating with people and how to identify and deal successfully with various behavioral types. This course deals also with the development of effective leadership and people management skills and investigates the ingredients required to build successful teams. Students will be taught how to communicate the truths they have learnt with a submissive attitude towards God’s ordained human institutions like the Local Church. Students will study ways of presenting the gospel in different settings, with the objective of building the Kingdom of God.
Course Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, students will understand:

9. The students will be made more aware that how they package the truth, along with even their own life style can affect the way the truth is received.
10. The students will be instructed on the importance of submitting to God’s appointed Leadership over them and be equipped with God’s truth so that they can do so with God’s grace to avoid unnecessary people problems.
